Our story.
Our founder spent many years as a data engineering lead and consultant, delivering data platforms for banks, super funds, energy companies, healthcare providers and government agencies. He hired engineers, worked alongside them and saw how often recruitment went wrong: CVs matched on keywords, candidates oversold, and great people overlooked because they didn't fit a template.
Ascend Talent was founded to do it differently. We recruit only in the fields we know from the inside, we screen candidates the way an engineering lead would, and we're honest with employers and candidates alike.
